Ideal for batch control applications and drum / box filling systems. The 710 provides up to 8 outputs for controlling valves, motors, pumps etc. to provide accurate filling or discharge control. Target weight are entered via the membrane keyboard and a start / stop / abort button can be added to provide operator interface to the batching process. For PLC applications the 710 is available with an Allen Bradley Remote I/O interface or the Profi-bus output. Custom programming can be provided to make the 710 perform the tasks needed. If batch information is important to you the 710 is ideal. Data collection is simplified with the accumulators provided. The printer output can be sent to a "form" printer, or label printer providing a "hard copy" of the amount of product used in individual batches.
