Onboard Scale with SI Load Cells:SI load cells are designed and manufactured to withstand the rugged environment of onboard scales. The load cell bodies are machined from high alloy steel and heat-treated for maximum strength and reliability. Tested to maximum overload capacity to insure safety and durability is a way of life at SI. Sealing is the last step to long life and reliability and that is why we have a triple redundant sealing process. This sealing process allows the load cell to survive in the harsh environments of water, ice salt and wash down.

9100 Meter Selection and Features:SI designs and manufacturers digital meters with the functions, features and reliability required for onboard scales. The meters are designed to work over a wide temperature range, withstand the shock of a logging truck on rough roads, and the continual vibration of highway operation. - 9100GW - Gross Weight, for two channel applications (2 Axle Groups). Upper weight limits can be set with this meter. External computer interface can be accomplished through the RS-232 Port.
- 9100QC - Gross Weight only, for up to four channel applications. The meter can display each of the four channels, along with three totals, channel 1 and 2, channel 3 and 4, and channel 1, 2, 3, and 4 individually. External computer interface can be accomplished through the RS-232 Port.
- 9100LD - Gross Weight, Net Payload Weight, and individual weight of off-loading weight for multiple applications up to two channels. Storage of individual pick-up or off-loading weights is stored in the meter. External computer interface can be accomplished through the RS-232 Port.
